How much does shipping cost and how long will it take to receive my order?
We ship via USPS and offer two types of shipping:
Free with any purchase.
Delivery of all orders will be within 2 – 6 business days of fulfillment.
Please note: Standard Shipping cannot be delivered to a PO Box.
Free express shipping for purchases over $75
Express shipping costs an additional $9.95 at checkout for purchases under $75

When will my order ship?
All orders placed will be fulfilled within 24 hours.
Our days of operation are Monday through Friday (this does not include the holidays). If your order was placed on Friday after 5 pm PST, or any time Saturday or Sunday, your order will ship Monday.
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a tracking number so you can follow the progress of your order so you know exactly when to expect delivery.
Does Frenchie Fries Co. ship to all 50 states?
Yes! We currently ship anywhere in the US. This includes Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
Does Frenchie Fries Co. ship internationally?
Unfortunately, at this time, we do not ship outside the US.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Can I exchange or refund Frenchie Fries Co. products?
Your satisfaction is our top priority. We guarantee the quality of our products and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know and we will do what we can to better meet your needs.
You can return the purchased items within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or full refund (less shipping charges) subject to Return Conditions.
You can return the purchased items within 30 days of receipt for full store credit (less shipping charges) subject to Return Conditions.
Items must be returned in ORIGINAL (unused, unopened, and sealed) condition, in the original manufacturer packaging.
Generally, as a “rule-of-thumb” you return the items to us the same way we sent them to you – in the same condition and with all the original contents.
Please note: we do not offer exchanges or refunds for opened or used products.
All return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense. All returns are subject to inspection to ensure your product meets the requirements of our refund/exchange policy. All items that may be damaged during return shipping are at the customer’s expense.
